  2. By placing an order with TN FURNITURE LIMITED, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which do not affect your statutory rights under UK law.

2. Products & Descriptions

  1. .  We take care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices on our website are accurate.

  2. Colours, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to screen display settings or natural variations in fabrics and materials.

  3. All products are subject to availability.

  1. An order is confirmed once full payment has been received.

  2. TN FURNITURE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel any order if stock is unavailable, pricing errors occur, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

  3. If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing & Payment

  1. All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  2. We accept PayPal.

  3. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary depending on courier services and stock availability.

  2. TN FURNITURE LIMITED is not liable for delays caused by third parties or events beyond our control.

  3. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

6. Cancellations & Returns (Consumer Rights)

  1. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  2. To exercise this right, customers must notify TN FURNITURE LIMITED in writing (email or letter) within the 14-day period.

  3. Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, at the customer’s expense (unless faulty).

  4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

  5. Custom-made, personalised, or cut-to-order products (including upholstery services and fabric by the metre) are exempt from cancellation and return unless faulty.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

  1. If goods are faulty, not as described, or damaged on arrival, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  2. Faulty or damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Warranty

  1. TN FURNITURE LIMITED guarantees that all products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

  2. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or damage caused by sunlight, cleaning products, or improper care.

9. Liability

  1. TN FURNITURE LIMITED is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

  2. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Intellectual Property

  1. All website content, including images, text, and designs, remain the property of TN FURNITURE LIMITED and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

11. Governing Law

  1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
