6. Cancellations & Returns (Consumer Rights)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right, customers must notify TN FURNITURE LIMITED in writing (email or letter) within the 14-day period.

Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, at the customer’s expense (unless faulty).

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

Custom-made, personalised, or cut-to-order products (including upholstery services and fabric by the metre) are exempt from cancellation and return unless faulty.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If goods are faulty, not as described, or damaged on arrival, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Faulty or damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Warranty

TN FURNITURE LIMITED guarantees that all products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or damage caused by sunlight, cleaning products, or improper care.
